If I can help then you’ll get an email saying I have accepted your booking. This is not the email you’ve just had about the invitation, that’s just to acknowledge that you have requested a booking. I usually accept or decline calls within 24 hours except over weekends and holidays.

If I can’t help then you’ll get an email saying your booking is declined. This is usually because the issue you have isn’t something I can help with.
