Hypnosis videos in ROAD
The videos in ROAD are different to the ones you’ll see on the 1stDrive YouTube channel.
The techniques in these videos are more powerful and more in-depth than in my free YouTube videos. Some of them are interactive and require you to pause them at certain points before continuing.
Some videos have two versions: with and without music. When I say ROAD has 15+ exclusive videos, I count one version of each video (the music and non-music version count as one).
Let’s have a look at some of the videos that are included. Watch these previews on YouTube.
Symbol
Symbol contains a very effective technique that allows you to identify what your driving anxiety really is.
This comes from a method I use with clients in my 1-2-1 sessions, which often leaves people bewildered as to what they find!
You’ll learn how to talk to your subconscious mind in the language it understands. What emerges is often so profound and remarkable that people are left wondering what just happened.
The Room
This video contains a powerful method of removing painful memories.
You’ll enter a strange room where your past becomes the present, and things you have long forgotten about will often reveal themselves to you.
Removing these old anchors often produces lots of emotion and an understanding of what’s been holding you back in your life.
What will you discover when you enter The Room?
The Cave Of Time
The Cave of Time is one of several regression videos in ROAD.
It uses a more traditional style of hypnosis where you travel to a magical land and discover a cave with time-travelling powers.
Some people prefer this style, but if you don’t, see my next section, which is the complete opposite.
The story jumps around in this preview due to parts being removed, but it shows the quality of the audio and may still have some effect on you when you listen.
What will the Cave of Time reveal for you?
Analytical Area of ROAD
The Analytical Area in ROAD contains videos that use logic-based strategies instead of hypnosis.
Tip: anyone can use hypnosis, and analytically minded people are often much better at it than they think!
Despite that, these videos are designed to bridge the gap by giving you logical strategies that can get you to the same place as hypnosis would.
Imagine fixing driving anxiety as a destination on a satnav: there’s more than one way to get there, and taking the logical route just works better for some.
See more of my YouTube videos on analytical solutions for driving anxiety.
Now, let’s look at some of the analytical videos in ROAD.
Quest
Quest shows you how to figure out where your driving anxiety comes from by using your analytical way of thinking to your advantage instead of it being a drawback.
I give you a step-by-step strategy that sends you on a quest to go back through your life and find out what driving anxiety really is, which then fixes it.
There’s a detailed written guide for Quest which gives you examples of what to do (and what not to do) along with examples of what you may find.
Spotlight
Spotlight contains another powerful method to find what’s causing your fear of driving.
It teaches you how to put your problem in the spotlight so it has nowhere to hide and must reveal itself for what it truly is.
Exposure Therapy For Driving Anxiety
I show you how to do exposure therapy for driving anxiety properly, in a way that actually gets results and doesn’t just leave you feeling worse.
You’ll learn about the three steps you take to get driving anxiety.
By learning these three steps, you’ll understand the classic mistake that therapists promoting exposure therapy miss, and why it so often fails. You’ll also then be able to help yourself drive better when you hit the road, without relying on brute force and willpower.
Instead, you’ll have a logical step-by-step procedure in place to help you.
Other areas of ROAD
There’s more than just the hypnosis and analytical videos.
ROAD contains more pages that help, such as these.
Driving after therapy
I know how driving after therapy can seem daunting because I’ve been through it with many people.
You may be worried about what will happen if it doesn’t work, and worried that things will never change.
This section is dedicated to helping you take those first steps with the help of a powerful technique. You can use this technique in other areas of your life to help shape your future in your mind by looking at things in a totally different way.
It’s quite funny once you learn what the secret is and why so many people have so many problems fixing their problems!
Talking of secrets, I’ll let you in on one…
It’s the method I have used for years in my life!
Funnily enough, as I talk about in the video on this technique, I didn’t even know I was doing it.
Bonus Videos
These videos can help tie up loose ends after therapy.
You’ll learn a method called Screen that helps undo bad memories of driving. It can be fun to use because you have to use humour for it to work.
There’s also a method I call Catapult, which is great for a confidence boost when you’re driving and start to get worried if the old feeling might come back.
ROAD Troubleshooting Guide
If you run into any dead-ends, use my troubleshooting guide.
It contains:
- A video with me talking through some common mistakes
- Two videos with strategies and ideas of what you can do
- A video showing someone driving after therapy
Remember that ROAD includes email contact with me, so you can always get in touch with any questions or if you need advice on what to do next.
If you join ROAD and then decide you want more help, you can upgrade to the 1-2-1 course by paying the difference in price between the two courses (£500).
How ROAD began
Here’s a bit of trivia for you.
I originally made some of the videos in ROAD for when I was ill. The idea was that I’d email them to my clients as something for them to do until I was available.
As I made more and more of them, I had the idea of making them into their own course.
