About Online Driving Anxiety Hypnotherapy

Here is a summary of some of the main points I’ll explain in more detail on this page.

  • Driving anxiety has nothing to do with driving. Your driving is only what triggers the real problem; it’s not the problem itself.
  • We find and fix the real problem with hypnosis
  • If you think hypnosis won’t work on you, it already has: you’ve hypnotised yourself into believing you can’t drive! If you have driving anxiety, you’re already better at using hypnosis than most. Learn what hypnosis really is.
  • I learnt all of this from spending over 20 years as a driving instructor and seeing exposure therapy, CBT and other methods fail. I then trained in hypnotherapy and many other forms of therapy to find what works.
  • You can fix your fear of driving online from home in under an hour. It’s not always that fast for everyone, but I have done it that quickly.
  • People are only stuck with driving anxiety for years because they work directly on driving using conscious methods like exposure therapy. We instead find the real issue with subconscious methods like hypnosis.

The best way for me to explain all of this to you is to list the most frequently asked questions and answer them one by one.

As you probably already know (and I’ll frequently remind you!) I have over 1,000 videos on my YouTube channel which cover all of these points and more.

How Do We Fix Driving Anxiety Online?

We fix driving anxiety by finding and releasing what’s causing the feelings.

The most important thing to remember is this:

Driving anxiety has nothing to do with driving!

Your driving is only what sets off another problem, so it is pointless to force yourself to drive more, take driving lessons, or work directly on your driving.

Once you find and fix the real problems (known as root causes), your driving anxiety will stop.

Notice how I say “you find “, because you have the solution, not me.

You created your anxiety, and you have the solution to fixing it in your mind right now. The problem is, you won’t have any idea how to get to the solution, and that’s where I come in.

I help guide you to your solution in your subconscious.

Let’s look at how we do that.

What Happens In An Online Session for Driving Anxiety?

We clear out your mind of old things that are causing you problems using various methods.

I spent five years practising many different modalities (types of therapy). I then took the best bits from each and mixed them together. Then I worked on a way of presenting them to clients that was easy to use and could be replicated after a session without needing any knowledge of how the mind works.

I mainly use hypnosis, but not the kind you see in stage shows where people forget their names or make animal sounds when they speak.

I do therapy, not theatrics.

There is no set thing that has to happen; it’s different for everyone. Therapy can be emotional, but I’ve had results with people who showed no emotion at all in a session and didn’t go into any apparent trance.

Many of the methods I use involve nothing more than closing your eyes, but even that is optional. There’s no magic in having your eyes shut; it just helps you concentrate.

A session usually lasts 45 minutes to one hour. I have done several that were only 20 minutes long, as we’d done what needed doing and they felt ready to drive.

This video shows me doing a session with a client, using a more conversational style of hypnosis. You’ll hear me giving a voiceover explaining what’s happening and how it’s working.

Watch more sessions and consultations here.

A Common Mistake in Therapy

If you’ve tried to fix driving anxiety before, you’ve probably been thinking of all the logical reasons you have it to work out what’s going on.

Many people have had consultations where therapists wrote down what they said and then worked on those things.

That fails because they, like you, are working on all of your conscious ideas instead of letting your subconscious fix it for you.

Subconscious solutions beat conscious conclusions.

I use the term subconscious because it’s more pleasant than unconscious. Saying you’re going to help someone experience unconsciousness worries people into thinking they’re going to be knocked unconscious like in a boxing match! 🥊

This is a common mistake amongst therapists who think you need to be unconscious to access your unconscious mind. That’s why so many therapists tell you to relax and feel sleepy…They aim to mimic sleep, thinking you need to be asleep to access your subconscious. You don’t.

See some of my case studies for examples of what causes come up from the subconscious. They won’t make any sense, because your subconscious talks a different language.

Dreams are the best example of your subconscious’s language: they can seem crazy and random, but there is a meaning behind them.

Thankfully, I understand the language of your subconscious and can help you talk to it. Some of my understanding is due to me having lifelong speech problems, which led me to learn about other forms of communication. I’ll talk more about my voice later (pun intended!).

We Work Only On Driving Anxiety Issues

People with a fear of driving will often say they have other problems, such as a fear of flying, a fear of heights, social anxiety and more.

We only work on your driving issues.

Fixing what appears to be driving anxiety will almost always fix other things. Remember that driving anxiety isn’t your problem anyway, and addressing the root cause can have all sorts of pleasant, unexpected results. I’ve known people who went on to stop smoking, start relationships and launch businesses. Watch an example of this here.

There’s no way of knowing, though, and we only focus on your driving issues. We won’t do sessions specifically on those other things.

You can work on other problems yourself using ROAD, but fixing anything other than driving issues must be seen as a bonus that might happen.

ROAD Is Included For Free!

When you do my 1-2-1 online driving anxiety hypnotherapy course, you’ll get lifetime access to my online driving anxiety course, ROAD (Remotely Overcome Anxiety of Driving).

ROAD is a 24/7 driving anxiety program featuring exclusive videos you won’t find on YouTube, extensive written guides, an analytical area for people who are more logically minded, and the ability to contact me through email for help.

You must have taken at least one session with me before you get access.

ROAD is there to help if needed – it is not essential.

You don’t need ROAD for online sessions to work. ROAD was designed so that people who can’t work with me due to time zone differences can still have my help.

I decided to include it in my 1-2-1 course as a free bonus because you can use it on other problems you may have, away from driving. We’ll only focus on driving during 1-2-1 sessions, but people have used my videos to stop smoking, improve confidence and much more.

You can learn about ROAD here.

Why Choose Me For Driving Anxiety Hypnotherapy?

Many people have a go at fixing driving anxiety with no proper training in the mind and no idea what they’re doing.

Some are just driving instructors who think it’s about driving; some are “therapists” with no qualifications or training at all. See my hypnotherapy qualifications.

When choosing a therapist for driving anxiety, ask yourself or them the questions below.

I’ve been a driving instructor for over 20 years and a hypnotherapist specialising in driving anxiety since 2019. I’ve taught over 1,000 people to drive and have been using hypnosis with drivers since 2008.

My online therapy business grew as a result of seeing exposure therapy and CBT fail when I’d have anxious drivers come to me for driving lessons after taking those courses.

I set off to find what really fixes a fear of driving. Instead of being like most therapists who do a bit of everything, I would focus purely on driving anxiety.

While it’s true that driving anxiety has nothing to do with driving, working with only driving anxiety all of the time means I get to know what driving anxiety really is.

Helping people drive has been my life and passion for decades.

Read my full origin story.

Helping people drive isn’t just a job to me; it’s been my life for decades.

From my origins as a driving instructor to becoming one of the first driving instructors on YouTube and then spending years training in therapy, my commitment and passion are clear.

Unfortunately, some therapists have seen what I do and copied me just to add yet another service to the list of problems they work with.

Some driving instructors have copied me but got it wrong by talking about exposure therapy and positive feedback loops. They’ve just looked up how to fix driving anxiety online and regurgitated the usual rubbish with no idea what they’re saying!

Just a driving instructor or therapist is unlikely to help you because they only understand the one side of driving anxiety that they have training in. I understand both, and more.

Nobody can match my passion, enthusiasm, experience and knowledge of driving anxiety!

I started the 1stDrive YouTube channel in May 2008.

I’ve since made over 1,000 videos, around 500 of which cover all aspects of driving anxiety.

You can watch me:

I also have many videos on topics many therapists won’t talk about, such as why can’t I be hypnotised? and when therapy doesn’t work.

When you work with me online, you get my ROAD course thrown in for free. ROAD contains exclusive videos you won’t find on YouTube, written guides and you can email me for help.

Talk is cheap, but my videos prove my experience and ability.

This video from 2019 shows how I’ve been using hypnosis and more with drivers since 2008.

I’ve experienced all sorts of driving anxiety in the real world.

In my time as a driving instructor and therapist, I have:

  • Been in the car with people having panic attacks
  • Had pupils crying, screaming and threatening to jump out at 70 mph
  • Been in several non-fault car crashes with pupils
  • Been assaulted in a road rage incident
  • Got attacked and had my car vandalised during a driving lesson
  • Had my car stolen
  • Done other things I can’t even tell you about

I’m not just sitting in a comfy office pretending I know about it: I’ve lived it.

And yes, I do have some of those things on video! They used to be on YouTube but have been hidden for years. Maybe they’ll be public again one day.

You may wonder how I don’t have driving anxiety myself! 🤣

A big problem I noticed when I trained as a therapist was that therapists insisted that one style of therapy was better than another.

Some insist that conversational hypnosis is better than traditional hypnosis. Others claim that direct hypnosis (giving instructions for clarity) is better than indirect hypnosis (being vague so people form their own conclusions of what you mean).

Different things work for different people, so rigidly sticking to one style is limiting and foolish.

Rather than tying myself to any one method, I use them all! I have taken the best of what works from many styles of therapy and mixed them all with my experience as a driving instructor.

In my videos, I talk about how traditional hypnosis, CBT and exposure therapy don’t work. That’s true, but each has some good elements. Let’s compare some of the therapies I have trained in.

Traditional hypnosis has the advantage that you can use it on yourself. Conversational hypnosis often spots things that would otherwise stay hidden. Exposure therapy is good if you use it after successful therapy. CBT has elements that are useful, like how thoughts affect feelings.

Alone, they fail. Mixed, they’re powerful!

Why choose one, when you can have them all?

Aha! The big one that bad therapists never like to talk about.

Anyone can claim to have a unique method, or explain why other therapies fail and theirs works, but results are what separate the good from the bad.

You can see hundreds of my results linked from my driving anxiety success stories page. There are written reviews, video testimonials, emails and hundreds of comments on my videos.

I was kicked out of a popular hypnosis therapy group because I kept asking why therapy didn’t work at times. Others were kicked out too, and told that asking why it didn’t work was a sign of weakness, and you must never talk about it, or you’ll lose clients.

That inspired me to grow pages such as

Bad therapists will hide failure, pretend they’re perfect and never get better.

I embrace it, learn from it and improve.

Therapy does not always work, as you can read in the section Can You Guarantee A Result?

It’s funny how some people choose not to work with me because I’m honest. That’s one reason they have anxiety! What do I mean? Well, think about it.

They don’t want someone honest, which means they’d rather have someone who lies!

They have their wires crossed, which is one reason they have anxiety…😉

See some of my results here.

Does Online Driving Anxiety Hypnotherapy Work?

Online therapy works just as well as face-to-face therapy does.

The only therapists against doing therapy over the Internet are those whose methods don’t work online or those who are stuck in their old-fashioned ways.

What if we get cut off? Just click the link in your email again, and we’ll continue. This rarely happens, and if it won’t work for some reason, I’ll send another.

It’s very unlikely we’ll have problems from my side because I have a high-speed fibre optic internet connection. Plus, I do sessions on my phone, so my phone’s internet takes over if the Wi-Fi drops out.

The worst thing that could happen is that we have to rebook for another day. The same could happen in a face-to-face session due to a fire in the building or a power cut.

It doesn’t matter if you need to get up and have a break during a session, either. If you need the bathroom or anything else, then that’s fine, and the same goes for me.

I’ve had clients have parcels arrive halfway through a session, and it still worked!

Will I Reveal Personal Secrets In Hypnotherapy?

No.

Many people fear revealing secrets or private things when they use hypnosis.

That won’t happen because you’re in more control when you use hypnosis, not less. The extra control is what allows you to find and fix a problem. Losing control would be of no use to us!

Nothing can be off limits, though. Even if you don’t speak about them, you MUST be willing to think about them and focus on them.

Many times, saying things out loud can be advantageous because it can help you bring out a trapped emotion. I encourage you to speak about anything you can to increase your chances of success.

I have heard all sorts of things, including rape, murder, child abuse, affairs, blackmail, dodgy business dealings and more, from both the victims and perpetrators.

If you really don’t want to talk about something, you won’t have to, but you must be willing to face it in your mind.

Who Is Online Driving Anxiety Hypnotherapy Suitable For?

Most people can use my therapy without issues, but there are some situations in which you must not use it, and others in which I do not recommend it.

If you have serious mental health issues such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, then do not use this service because the methods I use can trigger those conditions.

This service is less likely to work if you are currently in a bad relationship where you suffer verbal/physical abuse, or if you have an addiction to alcohol or drugs. I recommend you seek help with those issues directly first, which will often also fix your driving anxiety.

This isn’t always the case, and it’s up to you to decide whether you want to work with me.

I am not medically qualified in any way, and I can’t answer questions about whether my therapy will be safe for you. You must seek medical advice if you are in any doubt, and if you aren’t sure, don’t do it.

See my page on when I maybe can’t help you for more details.

Can Hypnotherapy Work for Driving Anxiety If I’m Logical And Analytical?

Yes.

I am very logical and analytical, and have been a client in over 50 practice sessions, so I could experience what it’s like. This gives me a big advantage over therapists who aren’t logical thinkers and don’t know what it’s like.

What makes people say that logical people are harder to work with?

Logical thinkers can have trouble letting go and using their imagination. That’s a big problem in therapy because imagination is the language of the subconscious, and if you can’t imagine things, you’ll be stuck in the conscious side of your mind.

Another stumbling block for logical people is believing it’s wrong to cry or show any emotion.

You don’t have to cry to get a result because there isn’t always a sad memory that comes up. What is wrong is when you think of something upsetting and push it away or hide it because you don’t want to risk showing emotion.

If you resist in a session so you can “win” and prove how tough you are, then congratulations, you’ve won, and your prize is driving anxiety. There is no shame in crying and showing emotion. It takes more strength and courage to cry than to hold it in.

My ROAD course includes a section called The Analytical Area, with methods that work well for anyone, especially analytical people.

See my videos on analytical and logical driving anxiety solutions.

How Many Sessions Can I Have?

It’s important to aim for a result and not just keep taking sessions, so:

You have up to three sessions over up to 60 days.

This limit massively helps get a result by focusing your mind, and many of my clients see a result or big improvement after only one session.

People often think they’ll get better value from long courses of 20+ sessions over six months or more, but then can’t understand why it hasn’t worked. It doesn’t work because buying 20 sessions tells your mind it’ll take 20 sessions!

I call this session obsession: people get obsessed with taking sessions rather than fixing their problem. It’s covered in the video at the top of this page in the chapter Stop Buying Sessions.

The aim when working with me is not to spread your sessions out over 60 days or to take three sessions to fix it. The limit of 60 days makes it fair by giving you time to take sessions if something comes up, like being busy at work.

Don’t just take all three sessions or drag each one out for as long as you can to get your money’s worth. That is a big mistake; you have to accept that you can change quickly.

Taking therapy is like taking medicine; you want to take the least amount possible for the shortest amount of time possible (that’s why they make medicine taste so bad).

Changes Happen After Sessions

Here’s something you must understand:

Changes continue to happen AFTER a session.

Your mind can take a while to sort through things that came up in a session and make changes. This is called processing.

Processing can take anything from a few minutes to a few days. If anything feels different after a session, then the change has started, and it can take time to fully process. If you don’t feel any different within a week of a session, then it’s unlikely to just change on its own, but it does happen.

The change you experience may have nothing to do with driving. I’ve had clients say their driving only got a bit better, but other problems went away completely. This is processing in action; your mind is sorting through things and making changes. It won’t necessarily fix the driving first.

It’s normal to feel confused, tired, angry, or have a headache after a session. Any of those things are your mind processing and usually settle within 24 hours. If you don’t feel any of those things, then that’s also fine. It’s different for everyone.

It is normal to still feel some anxiety when driving. That is an awareness of danger that keeps you safe and is perfectly normal. The difference is that it won’t be so bad that you feel the need to stop. It’ll just be the normal day-to-day frustrations of driving that everyone feels.

Can I Fix Driving Anxiety Quickly?

Yes.

I have helped people fix driving anxiety in under an hour, but I can’t promise it will happen.

One of the most memorable cases I worked on involved a client who needed a fast result due to their needing to drive somewhere in two weeks. They had several major issues in their life which were badly affecting them, including ones regarding family and drinking. We did one session, which not only fixed their driving but also those other issues.

What made that so remarkable is that nothing seemed to come up, no large revelation or hidden memory was discovered, and there was no emotion, but something clicked.

This person not only drove again, but also stopped drinking, improved their relationship and improved their business. Now that’s a result – and nothing seemed to happen in the session!

This does not happen for everyone, and it is not a miracle cure for all problems. It does, however, show that what you see as a driving anxiety problem is part of something else, which has often spread into many other areas. Sometimes fixing one of them fixes them all, but they can all have different causes.

My therapy is designed to work as quickly as possible for everyone, so there is no intensive course or special thing that we do differently if you want a fast result.

Can You Guarantee A Result?

No, for several reasons.

I can’t claim guaranteed results by law. I am based in the UK, where the Advertising Standards Authority states, “You need to make sure you don’t claim that performance is guaranteed unless you can demonstrate this is true in all cases – without exception.“

That means if it doesn’t work for just one person out of one billion, you can’t guarantee it.

The page linked above contains a link to a case involving a hypnotherapist guaranteeing results.

Even without the legal side, I would never guarantee a result because my role is to help you find things in your mind and release them. How can I possibly guarantee you’ll do that? If anything, you have to guarantee me you’ll do it! 🤣

What I can say is:

  • If you do nothing about your problem, it will probably get worse
  • I will do my best to help you
  • People have fixed driving anxiety using my therapy
  • You have more chance of fixing it by doing something than by doing nothing

What’s Your Success Rate?

I believe in being honest and open about things, so while I don’t keep exact figures and statistics, here’s what happens.

Around 90% of people who work with me will see an improvement in their driving. Most clients will see their anxiety fall from a 10 out of 10 to around a 2 or 3 out of 10 (with 10 being the worst fear, 0 being no fear). This is a normal level of fear which is necessary to keep you safe. It’s different to anxiety, where you have an irrational sense of danger.

Roughly 9% of clients say that nothing changed, or that it only made a small difference, maybe down from 10 out of 10 to somewhere around 6 or 7 out of 10.

1% of clients have said their anxiety got worse. This is usually because it would have got worse anyway, or because the therapy didn’t have as big an effect as they expected.

So how can people have such different results?

Why Results Vary

You fix anxiety by changing how you think.

You change how you think by finding the anchor (thoughts/memories/feelings that are holding you back, like an anchor holds a ship back).

It’s not that the 1% of people who got worse can’t fix it, or that the 9% can’t get an even better result; it’s just that they haven’t found and released the anchors.

This is one reason I created ROAD. You can watch the videos as often as you like and keep working to find more and get better. You don’t have to; it will often just go, and that’s it, but it’s there if you need it, and you can email for help and advice as well.

How Will I Feel When I Drive After A Session?

Everyone experiences the change differently.

Some people have reported being able to drive just like they used to the day after a session.

Some people report that they had the same feelings they used to before driving, but once they were actually in a situation that used to scare them, it just didn’t.

It’s important to know that you may still worry about driving before a journey, and that goes with time as you have more and more successful journeys.

Avoid This Mistake

I sometimes get emails from clients after a session asking why they didn’t find a hidden memory, as I mentioned in my videos.

Sometimes people email me saying they feel better, but they’d love to do the thing I mentioned in a video where someone’s arm floated in the air during a session, the thing where a really funny image comes into their head, or any of the many other things I mention.

What you must remember is:

That was their solution, not yours.

You won’t get to experience everything I mention in videos, and you don’t have to.

There is not just one way that this works; it’s different for everyone.

Will My Driving Anxiety Come Back After Hypnotherapy?

It can, but it’s unlikely because you’d have to build up more trapped thoughts as you did before.

Everyone has anxiety, but it’s how much it affects you that matters. I can feel bad when driving, but it peaks at 2 out of 10, whereas yours may be 8 or higher.

The point of online driving anxiety hypnotherapy is to reduce the amount of anxiety in your life so it only affects you in normal amounts. You, like a 1 or 2.

We can’t stop you from thinking, but you can learn how to change bad thoughts into positive ones.

Can I Do Other Hypnotherapy For Driving Anxiety At The Same Time?

I don’t recommend it.

That would be like learning to drive with two instructors at once. It won’t work because we all do things in different ways and can get in each other’s way.

If it’s for problems other than anxiety, that’s fine.

Have You Ever Had Driving Anxiety Or Therapy?

Yes, I overcame issues, and I know it’s possible.

I had over 60 hours of one-to-one therapy as a client spread over three years, paying many times more than the price I charge for therapy. Some worked, and some didn’t. Some of the things I got rid of came back, then went again, and some never returned.

I’ve taken therapy as a client:

  • Face-to-face in a course I took at college, some in front of the class as a demonstration
  • Online with therapists from around the world in one-to-one sessions
  • Online in group sessions with over 100 therapists in a Zoom call

During all of that, I cried in front of people, revealed secrets I had never told anyone before (through choice, you don’t have to), made video testimonials for therapists and did everything you may experience in sessions.

There is nothing I would ask you to do in a session that I haven’t done myself.

I’ve also publicly shared my lifelong speech problems in videos. I did that to help others with the same problems, to show that change is possible, and to show that I am willing to go through change.

I’ve used all of that experience to build my online driving anxiety hypnotherapy course.

What’s Your Availability?

I’m usually available within a few days.

I start sessions from 9 am to 4 pm (UK time), Monday to Saturday. I’ll send you a link to my booking system so you can choose a date and time that suits you.

Check the current UK time here

My booking system shows my availability in your local time zone, so you don’t need to work out any time differences, even if the clocks are moving forward or back in March or October.

My booking system shows my availability for the next two weeks. If no times are available that suit you, look the next day.

Consultations For Online Driving Anxiety Hypnotherapy

Consultations are unnecessary for online driving anxiety hypnotherapy.

Many people expect to do a consultation for the therapist to collect information, then plan a course. That’s exactly what not to do, because you get me as lost in your problem as you are!

I don’t need to know anything about your problem to help you fix it. All you know is the conscious part of it, and that won’t get you anywhere.

We want the subconscious answers you have but are unaware of.

Can you see how some people get it so wrong and end up going round in circles for years?

They do a half-hour consultation talking about driving, then work consciously on those things. We instead discard driving and go straight into your subconscious to find the real problem.

You may have questions like whether therapy will work or if you’ll find the cause of your fear. They all have the same answer: you won’t know until you do it.

A big drawback of consultations is that you may start to become emotional, but we can’t work with those emotions because it’s not a session. You then come back for a session, but can’t find those feelings again.

You’ll already know if you like my approach from watching my videos, and the only thing I have to check before we work together is your health, which is taken care of in the contract.

Consultations themselves are not bad; it’s the way they’re often done that’s the problem.

How Much Does Driving Anxiety Hypnotherapy Cost?

See my prices and payment methods on my Driving Anxiety Courses page.

You can also convert my prices to your currency and view the payment details on that page.

Please read this page in full before continuing.

You must be the person wanting therapy. I won’t reply to enquiries about someone else.

When you’re ready to start, follow the steps below.

1) Complete this contract

2) I’ll send you an invoice, then a booking link

3) Drive again 😀

I aim to reply to emails within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, but please allow more time over weekends and public holidays.

What To Do After A Session

Go out and drive as soon as you feel ready.

You may not feel like driving for a day or two if your session is emotional. Some people go out driving later on the same day because no emotion comes up, and they feel fine. Only you can make that choice.

Send me an email a few days to a week after the session to let me know how you’re doing.

If your problem has gone, that’s great. If not, then we book another session.

You can’t always fix everything in one session because different things work for different people. We might need to use a different approach, or sometimes there’s too much to come out in one session.

Driving after therapy is not exposure therapy!

You are driving after fixing the root cause to show what’s changed. That’s very different from forcing yourself to drive without having found the cause and hoping something might happen.

If You Need Another Session

It’s up to you to contact me if you need more help.

You have 60 days to work with me, so don’t wait weeks after a session to get in touch.

Explain in detail what’s happened since our last session, including how often you’ve driven and score any feelings from 0 to 10, with 10 being the worst.

We can only do another session after you have driven in the situations that scared you. Otherwise, you can’t know how you’ll feel, and we wouldn’t know what we’re working with.

You may still feel nervous before driving, but not during it. This isn’t exposure therapy; the problem is already fixed, and you’re driving to see how it now feels.

See my section in ROAD on anticipatory anxiety, on the Driving After Therapy page.

If you don’t hear from me

I’ll usually reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If you don’t hear from me after a few days (and it’s not a holiday time), I’m probably not getting your emails.

This mainly happens due to spam filters to stop scammers.

Someone once emailed me after a session to say they’d been driving in more traffic, but they gave the email the subject “More traffic!”. I think my email filters picked up “more traffic” and deleted the email, thinking it was a web designer saying how my site could get more traffic!

They don’t go to spam; they are deleted.

Most emails get through fine, but please follow these steps if you don’t hear back from me after sending me an email:

  1. Check your junk/spam folder for a reply (add my email to your safe list to stop this).
  2. Email me again with only a few words and keep the subject line the same.
  3. Use a different email address and tell me your name so I know who you are.
  4. Use my contact page to get in touch.
  5. Failing all of that, use the contact form in ROAD.

A Request

Once you’ve had driving anxiety hypnotherapy and are driving again, it’d be great if you could make a video for me to put on YouTube to show people your success.

You don’t have to, and that’s fine, but these videos help show others that there is a solution. It also helps you confirm your problem is in the past and helps me to keep doing what I love.

The video can be of you talking about what your life was like before and after therapy. You could film it while driving or sitting at home, and it only needs to be a minute or so long.

There’s no pressure to do this, but the option is there.

One Last Thing…

Can you overcome your fear of driving?

Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right.
